Add VS Code Extension to view DataFrames

Install VS Code Extension to view DataFrames like DataWrangler (ms-toolsai.datawrangler), because the built-in support will stop working with the next update. However, DataWrangler is not on Open VSX Registry, which means, it cannot be installed for code-server. There seem to be no alternatives yet.

This might be a blocker for code-server updates.
