tf-gpu: Deactivate collaborative mode again

Real-time collaboration, as described here https://jupyterlab.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user/rtc.html seems to be not working yet for JupyterHub and k8s: https://discourse.jupyter.org/t/plans-on-bringing-rtc-to-jupyterhub/9813
