The installation order of TensorFlow and the other packages might lead to conflicts, that we hope to avoid, when installing TensorFlow first, together with numpy 1.19. Scikit-Learn seems to be no dependency anymore, at least in Windows. So it is added now explicitly, also in Linux. In Spyder we added the preference dialog to change the graphic backend.
